Deposit the funds needed first and then create the transfer in the app. This reduces the time between us receiving your transfer request and the funds being available to actually make the transfer. Therefore there is less chance that the exchange rate will vary.

Transfer request BEFORE the deposit

If you create the transfer in the app before depositing the funds then the exchange rate will likely go up or down by the time we receive the funds. While this may work in your favor with a better rate, please be advised that there is also the risk that the opposite could happen, resulting in less funds being received in the destination currency.

ブラステル株式会社(以下、「当社」といいます。)とスマートフォン等の携帯端末(以下、「スマートフォン」といいます。)を利用した取引を行う場合は、当社が定める「国際送金取引利用規程(アプリver.)」(以下、「本利用規程」といいます。)に同意の上取引を行うものとし、当社と取引を行った場合には、当社は利用者(本サービスの利用を希望される個人会員のことをいいます。以下、同様とします。)が本利用規程に同意したものとして取り扱います。

第1章(総則)

第1条(目的)

本利用規程は、当社が提供するスマートフォン用のアプリケーション(以下、「当社アプリ」と言います。)を利用して行う国際送金サービス(以下、「送金サービス」または「本サービス」といいます。)に関し、その利用を希望される方と当社との権利義務に関する取り決めおよび同サービス利用に関する条件を規定するものとします。

本サービスは、利用者が当社アプリを利用して送金依頼を行い、かつ国内の当社提携金融機関等のATMからブラステルレミット国際送金の口座へ資金を払い込むことにより、外国にいる送金の受取人(以下、「送金受取人」といいます。)が、利用者からの送金を受け取ることができるようにするサービスのことをいいます。
(1)「ユーザー名」とは、当社アプリにログインするために必要な、利用者を特定する名称をいいます。なお、登録するemailアドレスが「ユーザー名」として登録されます。
(2) 「ログインパスワード」とは、当社アプリにログインするために、利用者本人が設定変更してご利用いただけるパスワードをいいます。
(3)「ピンコード」とは、当社アプリ内で特定の機能を利用するために利用者本人が設定する数字4ケタの暗証番号です。
(4)「パスワード等」とは、本条に規定する(1)ユーザー名、(2)ログインパスワード、(3)ピンコードのうち2つ以上またはこれらの総称をいいます。
(5) 「会員」とは、第4条第2項に基づき登録会員となった方をいいます。

第3条(本サービスの利用)

1. 会員登録
(1) 本サービスの利用にあたっては、利用者は、あらかじめ第4条の規定に従って登録手続を行い、本登録会員となる必要があります。
(2) 前号における本登録会員として登録された会員の登録期間は登録日より2年間とし、利用者からの更新の申出がない限り、当該契約(本サービス)は登録日から2年で終了するものとします。なお、更新の申し出は登録期間満了前6ヵ月からとし、更新の際には改めて本人確認書類の提出が必要となります。
(3) 登録期間中に第13条第1項の規定に従い会員から会員登録抹消の申出があった場合、会員登録は即時に抹消されます。この場合、既に,当社に行った送金申込み、または当社と利用者間で締結した送金契約(第21条第4項に定義します。)については、会員は、第28条に規定する送金申込みの取消し、または送金契約の解除があったものとして扱うことに同意します。
(4)利用者は、会員登録抹消後、本サービスを再利用する場合は、改めて第3条第1項に基づき、会員登録を行うものとします。
(5) 利用者は、会員登録抹消に際して発生する費用は負担しません。
2. 利用について
利用者は、本利用規程の定めるところにより、利用者のスマートフォン等にインストールした当社アプリを利用する方法その他当社の指定する方法により、本サービスを原則として24時間365日ご利用いただけます。
3. 了承事項
前項にかかわらず、当社は本サービス提供にかかるシステムのメンテナンス等のため、本サービスの提供を一部または全部の停止、休止、中断することがあります。また、利用者は、当社がシステムの障害等で緊急を要すると判断した場合は、事前の予告なく、当該システムの一部または全部を停止、休止、中断することがあることに同意することとします。

第4条(登録手続)

1. 利用者は、ユーザー名の設定、住所等の利用者に関する当社が求める所定の情報(以下、「会員情報」といいます。)の通知を含む当社所定の手続により、登録を申込むものとします。

2. 当社は、前項の申込みを受理するに際し、「犯罪による収益の移転防止に関する法律(平成19年法律第22号、その後の改正を含みます。以下、「犯収法」といいます。)」に基づき利用者の本人確認を行います。当社は、本人確認の結果、当該申込者が利用者本人であることの確認が取れた場合には、登録を認めるものとします。 なお、当社が必要と認めた場合は、利用者の当社アプリにプッシュ通知をするか、お届けの電話番号等へ連絡させていただくこともあります。

3. 登録手続きを完了させるため、当社は利用者の登録住所宛に簡易書留郵便を発送します。これを利用者が受領することをもって登録が完了し、当社はそれを利用者の当社アプリ宛に、プッシュ通知にて連絡します。以降、送金サービスの利用が可能となります。

第5条(登録手続の補則)

第4条第3項に定める簡易書留郵便が不着となり当社に返送された場合、または第4条第2項に基づき当社から利用者へ連絡したにもかかわらず連絡がとれなかった場合には、当社は、当該利用者の登録を行わないものとします。また、利用者のお届け内容に疑義があると当社が判断した場合にも登録を行わないことがあります。当社が登録を行わなかったことにより利用者に生じた損害につき、当社は一切責任を負わないものとします。

第6条(本サービス利用口座)

1. 当社は、利用者毎に、送金のための準備金(以下、「送金準備金」といいます。)を管理する口座である本サービス利用口座(以下、「口座」といいます。)を割り当てるものとします。
2. 利用者による口座への入金は、指定された入金専用カードを使って、指定された金融機関等のATMにより行うものとします。なお、口座への入金は、日本円にて行うものとし、送金準備金の口座への入金完了については、当社アプリの該当メニューから利用者ご自身でご確認いただくものとします。
3. 利用者は、本条に基づき行った利用者による口座への入金は、あくまでも送金準備金としての預かり金であり、銀行等が行う預金若しくは貯金又は定期積金等(銀行法(昭和56年法律第59号、その後の改正を含みます。)第2条4項に規定する定期積金等をいいます。)の受け入れとは異なるものであること、預金保険法第53条または農水産業協同組合貯金保険法第55条に規定する保険金支払いの対象とはならないこと、本口座へ入金した金員には利息が発生しないことについて、十分に理解し、あらかじめ了承するものとします。
4. 送金準備金の残高は100万円を超えてはなりません。送金準備金の残高が100万を超えた場合には、当社は、その超過額を第7条に従い、利用者預金口座に返金いたします。
5. 利用者が本条第2項の方法により口座へ入金する際に発生する入金手数料については、当社の負担とします。
6. 利用者は、本サービスの利用記録について当社アプリの該当メニューで確認することができます。
7. 当社は、利用者による本サービスの利用に関する記録を当社所定の手続に従い、相当期間保存します。利用者は、万一当社と利用者との間で、本サービスの利用内容について疑義が生じた場合は、当社の記録を正当なものとして取り扱うことをあらかじめ了承するものとします。

第7条(送金準備金の返金)

1.利用者は、当社所定の手続を行うことにより、口座から送金準備金の返金を受けることができます。ただし、当社が送金契約(第21条第4項において定義します。)に基づき提携先へ送金指示をした後は、返金を受けることはできません。
2.前項の返金方法は、口座以外の利用者名義の利用者が指定する預金口座(なお、利用者が指定できる預金口座は、当社が振込むことのできる金融機関の口座に限るものとします。以下、「利用者預金口座」といいます。)への振込に限定するものとします。
3.利用者は、前2項における返金にあたり、当社所定の手数料として、第27条第3項に定める返金手数料および出金手数料を負担するものとし、当社の責めによらない事由で利用者預金口座への当社からの振込ができない場合には、これにより生じた損害については、当社は一切責任を負わないものとします。

第8条(ユーザー名を除くパスワード等の管理・変更)

1. パスワード等の管理
(1)利用者は、パスワード等を、第三者に知られないよう利用者自身の責任において厳重に管理するものとします。利用者は、パスワード等を失念した場合または第三者に知られた可能性がある場合には、直ちに当社所定の方法により、パスワード等の変更手続を行うものとします。当社の責によらない事由で利用者がパスワード等を第三者に知られたことにより、当該利用者に生じた損害については、当社は一切責任を負わないものとします。
(2)パスワード等については、ユーザー名と同一のものや、生年月日、同一数値の連続のみによるものを登録することはできません。また、電話番号など、他人から推測されやすい番号の指定を避けていただくことをお勧めします。
2. パスワード等の変更
(1)利用者は、当社アプリにログインして、随時パスワード等の変更を行うことができます。

(2) パスワード等を失念した場合には、リセットすることができます。電子メールまたはSMSを指定し、利用者の生年月日の情報を追加してリセットを依頼します。折り返し当社アプリに通知が表示されるとともに、電子メールまたはSMS(このSMSでのリセットはユーザー名を取得していることが前提となる)によりメッセージが送られるので、それに従ってリセットすることができます。その後、ログインパスワードおよびピンコードの再設定を行ってください。
3. パスワード等の誤入力
 利用者が、登録済のパスワード等と異なるパスワードを当社所定の回数以上連続して入力した場合、当社は利用者に対して、当社所定の期間、当該パスワード等の取扱いを一時的に停止します。

第9条(サービス利用時の本人確認)

1. パスワード等による本人確認
当社は、当社アプリへのログイン時、本サービス利用時、またはパスワード等の変更時に入力されたパスワード等と、第4条の規定によりあらかじめ設定されたパスワード等とを照合し、その一致を確認することで本人確認を行うものとします。
なお、かかる本人確認により当該利用者を正当な利用者とみなして取扱いを行った場合は、当該パスワード等の偽造、変造、盗用、または不正使用その他の事故があっても、当社は当該取扱いに係る取引を有効なものとみなし、また、これにより生じた損害については、当社および第22条第1項に定める提携先は一切責任を負わないものとします。
2. 本人の再確認
登録会員手続後、犯収法等の関連法規所定の本人確認が必要な場合、その他当社が必要と認めた場合は、再度、当社が指定する必要書類の提出を求めることがあります。これらの必要書類の提出がない場合(当社が定める期日までに当社に連絡がない場合、利用者お届けの住所へ発送した提出を求める通知書が不着のため当社に返送された場合およびお届けの電話番号等への連絡がとれない場合等を含みます。)、当社は、第13条第2項第9号の規定に基づき、当該利用者の本サービスの全部もしくは一部を停止し、または会員登録を抹消することがあります。これにより利用者に生じた損害については、当社は一切責任を負わないものとします。

第10条(届出事項の変更)

1. 会員は、氏名、住所、その他の届出事項(第4条第1項の規定により当社に届け出された会員情報をいいます。)を変更する場合または変更があった場合には、直ちに当社所定の方法により、届出事項の変更手続を行ってください。
2. 当社に届け出られた電子メールアドレス、SMS番号または住所等(アップロード画像含む)の会員情報が、会員以外の者の電子メールアドレスまたは住所等になっていたとしても、これにより生じた損害については、当社は一切責任を負わないものとします。
3. 届出事項に変更があったとき、または変更があるときは、第1項に規定する変更手続より前に当該変更に起因して会員に生じた損害については、当社は一切責任を負わないものとします。また、届出事項の不備、届出事項の記載誤り、または第1項に規定する届出事項の変更手続を怠ったことに起因して会員に生じた損害については、当社は一切責任を負わないものとします。

第11条(告知、通知の方法)

1. 会員は、当社が本利用規程に基づき会員へ告知または通知をする場合に、当該告知または通知が、当社アプリ内のプッシュ通知、当社に届け出られた電子メールアドレスへの電子メールの送信、SMS番号へのSMSの送信、届出のあった住所への通知、またはその他の方法のいずれかにより行われることに同意するものとします。
2. 前項において、当社アプリ内のプッシュ通知、届出のあった電子メールアドレスへの電子メールまたはSMS番号の送信をした場合において、通信事情、届出事項の不備・未変更、その他当社の責によらない事由により延着し、または到達しなかった場合でも、会員は通常到達すべきときに到達したものとみなすことに同意するものとします。
3. 会員は、電子メールアドレスまたはSMS番号を当社所定の範囲において登録することができます。当社が定めるものを除き、各種取引結果、各種キャンペーンのご案内等、会員に選択いただいた情報をプッシュ通知、会員が登録した電子メールアドレスまたはSMS番号のいずれかに送付します。なお、電子メールアドレスまたはSMS番号の登録に際しては当社所定の方法に従うものとします。

第12条(譲渡、質入れ等の禁止)

会員は、当社の承諾なしに、当社との取引上の地位その他この取引にかかる一切の権利について、譲渡、貸与、質入れその他第三者の権利を設定すること、または第三者に利用させることはできません。

第13条(会員登録抹消、取引の制限について)

1. 会員による会員登録の抹消
会員は、当社所定の方法により、会員登録を抹消することができます。
2. 当社による本サービスの停止等
次の各号のいずれか1つにでも該当した場合、当社は会員に事前に通知することなく、直ちに本サービスの全部または一部を停止し、または会員登録を抹消することができるものとします。
(1)会員に支払停止または破産手続、民事再生手続、会社更生手続または特別清算開始の申立てがあったとき
(2)会員に仮差押、保全差押または差押の命令、通知が発送されたとき
(3)会員に相続の開始があったとき
(4)会員の所在が不明になったとき
(5)会員が2年間本サービスを利用しなかったとき
(6)本サービスが法令や公序良俗に反する行為に利用され、またはそのおそれがあると認められるとき
(7)会員が実在しないことが明らかになったとき、または会員の意思によらず会員登録されたことが明らかになったとき
(8)会員の届出内容に虚偽があることが明らかになったとき、または会員の提出資料が真正でないことが判明したとき
(9)第9条第2項に規定する本人の再確認のため再度必要書類の提出を求めたものの、提出がない場合(当社が定める期日までに当社に連絡がない場合、利用者お届けの住所へ発送した提出を求める通知書が不着のため当社に返送された場合、およびお届けの電話番号等への連絡がとれない場合等を含みます。)
(10)その他、当社との各取引に係る規定の解約事由のいずれかに該当したとき
(11)利用者が本利用規程および各取引規定に違反したとき
(12)会員が、次に定める反社会的勢力に該当することが判明したとき

① 暴力団(暴力団員による不当な行為の防止等に関する法律第2条第2号に規定する暴力団をいう。)
② 暴力団員(暴力団員による不当な行為の防止等に関する法律第2条第6号に規定する暴力団員をいう。)
③ 暴力団準構成員(暴力団員以外の暴力団と関係を有する者であって、暴力団の威力を背景に暴力的不法行為等(暴力団員による不当な行為の防止等に関する法律第2条第1号に規定する暴力的不法行為等をいう。以下この号において同じ。)を行うおそれがあるもの、または暴力団若しくは暴力団員に対し資金、武器等の供給を行うなど暴力団の維持若しくは運営に協力し、もしくは関与するものをいう。)
④ 暴力団関係企業(暴力団員が実質的にその経営に関与している企業、準構成員若しくは元暴力団員が経営する企業で暴力団に資金提供を行うなど暴力団の維持若しくは運営に積極的に協力しもしくは関与する企業または業務の遂行等において積極的に暴力団を利用し暴力団の維持もしくは運営に協力している企業をいう。)
⑤ 総会屋等(総会屋、会社ゴロ等企業等を対象に不正な利益を求めて暴力的不法行為等を行うおそれがあり、市民生活の安全に脅威を与える者をいう。)
⑥ 社会運動等標ぼうゴロ(社会運動もしくは政治活動を仮装し、または標ぼうして、不正な利益を求めて暴力的不法行為等を行うおそれがあり、市民生活の安全に脅威を与える者をいう。)
⑦ 特殊知能暴力集団等(本号①から⑥までに掲げる者以外の、暴力団との関係を背景に、その威力を用い、または暴力団と資金的なつながりを有し、構造的な不正の中核となっている集団または個人をいう。)

⑧ その他前各号に準ずる者
(13)会員が、自らまたは第三者を利用して次の各号に該当する行為をしたとき
① 暴力的な要求行為
② 法的な責任を超えた不当な要求行為
③ 取引に関して、脅迫的な言動をし、または暴力を用いる行為
④ 風説を流布し、偽計を用いまたは威力を用いて当社の信用を毀損し、または当社の業務を妨害する行為
⑤ その他前各号に準ずる行為
(14)その他、当社が本サービスの停止を必要とする相当の事由が生じたとき。
3. 登録抹消時における送金準備金の返金
本条第1項から2項にあるいずれかの事由により会員登録が抹消された場合、会員口座に残存する送金準備金については、当該送金準備金を利用者預金口座へ振込む方法により、返金いたします。この場合の返金手続は、第7条第2項および同第3項の定めに従うこととします。
4. 登録の抹消にかかる当社免責等
本サービスの停止または会員登録の抹消により会員に損害が生じても、当社は一切責任を負わないものとします。

第14条(成年後見人の届出)

1. 家庭裁判所の審判により、利用者に補助・保佐・後見が開始された場合には、直ちに成年後見人等の氏名その他必要な事項を書面によって届け出てください。
2. 家庭裁判所の審判により、利用者に任意後見監督人の選任がされた場合には、直ちに任意後見監督人の氏名その他必要な事項を書面によって届け出てください。
3. 利用者がすでに補助・保佐・後見開始の審判を受けている場合、または任意後見監督人の選任がされている場合にも、本条第1項および第2項と同様に届け出てください。
4. 利用者に本条第1項から第3項の届出事項に取消または変更が生じた場合にも同様に届出てください。
5. 本条第1項から第4項の届出前に生じた損害については、当社は一切責任を負わないものとします。

第15条(システム障害、災害などに関する免責事項)

1. 利用者および第三者に、次の各号の事由により生じた損害については、当社は一切責任を負わないものとします。
(1) 天災・火災・騒乱等の不可抗力、利用者または通信事業者等の第三者の通信機器・回線・コンピュータの障害、電話の不通等、または裁判所等公的機関の措置等、当社の責によらない事由により本サービスの提供に遅延、不能またはこれらに準じる事由(以下、これらを総称して「不能等」といいます。)が生じたとき。
(2) 当社のシステムの運営体が相当の安全策を講じたにもかかわらず、端末または通信回線等に障害が生じたことにより、本サービスの提供に不能等が生じたとき。
(3) その他送金受取人名相違等の利用者または第三者の責に帰すべき事由により、本サービスの提供に不能等が生じたとき。
2. 当社の責めによらない事由で、公衆電話回線、専用電話回線またはインターネットその他の通信回線等の通信経路において盗聴等がなされたことにより、利用者のパスワード等、取引情報、リファレンス番号(第23条第1項において定義します。)等が漏洩した場合、これにより生じた損害については、当社は一切責任を負わないものとします。
3. 送金先国、送金先地域等で生じた当社の責めによらない事情により、送金受取人が利用者の送金を受け取ることができなかった場合、これにより利用者および送金受取人に生じた損害について、当社は一切責任を負わないものとします。

1. 本サービスの提供において、日本の法律に別段の定めがある場合を除いて、当社および第22条1項に定める提携先は、本サービスの遅延、不着、不払いまたは過少支払い等についていかなる場合であっても、利用者が支払った送金額および送金手数料を超える損害については責任を負わないものとします。また、現地国の法律に起因する等当社の管理の及ばない理由による遅延、不着、不払いまたは過少支払い等については当社および第22条1項に定める提携先は一切責任を負わないものとします。
2. いかなる場合においても当社および提携先は、付随的、間接的または派生的損害賠償の責任を負わないものとします。

1. 本利用規程は、日本の法令に従って解釈します。
2. 当社との取引に関して訴訟の必要が生じた場合には、当社本店の所在地を管轄する地方裁判所または簡易裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

第2章(国際送金サービス)

第21条(国際送金の申込)

1. 国際送金サービスの利用は、利用者が、当社アプリにログインし、当社所定の方法および操作手順に従い行うものとします。なお、利用者は送金申込を行う際には、送金目的等の記入を行い、当社はパスワード等による本人確認を行います。
2. 当社は、利用者からの送金申込を受信し、第9条に基づき利用者本人からの申込であると認めた場合には、当社は受信した申込内容を利用者の端末に返信します。
3. 本条第3項の回答が当社所定の時間内に当社に到達し、かつ、当社のコンピュータ処理が終了した時点で、利用者による国際送金サービスの送金申込が完了します。
4. 当社は、前項の送金申込の完了後、当社所定の基準に基づき当該申込内容の確認を行います。当該申込内容の確認の結果当社が問題ないと判断した場合には、当社は利用者の申込を受理します。さらに、当該申込の受理と利用口座への当該国際送金サービスの送金準備金(送金額と第28条第2項に定める送金手数料の合計額)の入金が確認できた時点で、当社と利用者間における国際送金委託に関する契約(以下、「送金契約」といいます。)が成立するものとします。なお、当社は、かかる確認の結果を利用者に第11条第1項の方法により通知するものとします。
5. 国際送金サービスの送金申込が前項の確認の結果問題があると判断した場合、当社は当該送金申込を受理しません。当社が当該送金申込を受理しなかった場合、当該送金申込は、取り消されたものとみなします。なお、当社は、かかる確認の結果を利用者に第11条第1項の方法により通知するものとします。
6. 当社は、入金期限までに利用者による送金口座への入金が確認できなかった場合には、当該国際送金サービスの送金申込が利用者本人により取り消されたものとみなします。

7. 利用者は、国際送金サービスの送金申込にあたり、口座に送金準備金の残高がある場合には、口座に新たに入金することにより、これらを新たな送金準備金として利用して送金申込を行うことができるものとします。
8. 利用者は、前項の場合における送金申込を、本条第1項から第6項の規定に従い行います。当社は、当該送金申込内容に問題ないと判断した場合には、当該送金申込を受理します。この場合には、当社が当該送金申込を受理した時点で、当社と利用者間における送金契約は、成立するものとします。一方、当社が送金申込を受理しなかった場合、当該送金申込は取り消されたものとみなされ、本条第9項により利用者が入金した金員は口座への送金準備金の入金として取扱われます。なお、当社は、諾否を問わず、その結果を利用者に当社所定の方法により通知するものとします。
9. 利用者が国際送金サービスの利用に使用する端末が正常に稼動する環境を確保することは利用者の責任とし、当社は利用者が国際送金サービスの利用に使用する端末が正常に稼動することを保証するものではありません。万一、端末が正常に稼動しないことにより損害が生じた場合であっても、当社は、かかる損害につき一切責任を負わないものとします。
10.本条において、送金申込が取り消された場合に当社が受領した送金申込みに係る金員の取扱いについては、第28条第2項の定めによるものとします。
11. 当社は、本条の規定により送金申込が取り消されたことによる損害のほか、利用者による入力内容の間違いや送金申込内容の記載誤りおよび不備等により生じた損害については、一切責任を負わないものとします。

第22条(送金の実施)

1. 当社は、送金契約が成立した場合、速やかに当社または当社の提携先金融機関等(以下、「提携先」といいます。)およびその取扱店を通じて送金手続を実施するものとします。
2. 当社は、利用者より申込のあった送金指示を提携先に指示した場合には、送金指示の完了を、当社アプリを通じて利用者に通知します。
3.送金手続の実施にあたり、当社は、次を目的として利用者に関する情報(個人情報を含みます。)を提携先に開示することがあります。
(1) 本サービスを提供する目的
(2) 法律上許容される範囲の共同マーケティングを行う目的
(3) マネー・ローンダリングまたはテロ資金対策および行政上の必要とされる開示を行う目的
また、利用者は、上記目的に限り、提携先が当該情報を提携先の取扱店、親会社または関連会社(日本国内に設立されていないものを含む)と共有することに同意します。当社および提携先は、法律上必要な場合を除き、利用者の情報を第三者と共有しないものとします。
4. 前項の取扱いによって生じた損失または損害については、当社または提携先の故意又は重過失による場合を除き、当社および提携先は一切責任を負わないものとします。

6.当社は、第21条第4項又は同第8項に基づき送金契約が成立したときから、速やかに提携先およびその取扱店への送金指示を完了します。ただし、第21条に関連し、送金契約の内容または本人確認等について当社が利用者から直接確認すべき事項、または第15条第1項に定める事由が生じた場合はこの限りではありません。
7.送金受取人は、原則として前項の送金指示が完了した後、提携先またはその取扱店において当該送金に係る金員の受け取りが可能です。受取方法により、送金指示の完了後、受け取るまでの所要時間は異なります。以下のURL内にある受取方法をご参照ください。(URL: https://brastelremit.jp/jpn/howitworks)
ただし、次に掲げる場合には、利用者による送金申込の完了から送金受取人が実際に金員を使用できるようになるまでに、最大で数営業日かかることがございますので、利用者におかれましては、あらかじめご了承ください。
(1) 提携先またはその取扱店が営業時間外である場合
(2) 送金受取人が受取りに利用する送金先の国の金融機関において、システム処理に一定の日時を必要とする場合
(3) 前各号に定める場合のほか、送金先国の特有の事情により受取りに一定の手続が必要とされる場合。

8.利用者による送金申込の状況については、当社アプリにログインした上で、当社所定の画面で確認することができます。

第23条(リファレンス番号)

1. 当社は、第22条第2項に規定される送金指示の完了を当社アプリで表示する方法により通知し、利用者に対して提携先の発行するリファレンス番号(本条第2項の場合に必要となる英文字、数字またはこれらが組み合わされたものをいいます。)を通知するものとします。
2. リファレンス番号は、以下の場合に必要となります。
(1)送金受取人が利用者の送金した金員を受け取る場合(送金先国においてリファレンス番号を必要とする場合)
(2)利用者が第28条に基づいて送金申込の取消または送金契約の解除を行う場合
(3)利用者が第22条に基づいて送金状況の確認を行う場合
3. 利用者は、リファレンス番号をパスワード等の管理と同様に管理するとともに、送金受取人にも同様に管理させるものとします。 リファレンス番号を紛失または第三者に知られた可能性がある場合は、直ちに当社所定の方法により、当社に届出してください。利用者および送金受取人が当該リファレンス番号を紛失し、または第三者に知られたことにより、当該利用者または送金受取人に生じた損害については、当社は一切責任を負わないものとします。
4. リファレンス番号の送金受取人への通知は、利用者が自己の責任において行うものとし、当社は当該リファレンス番号の送金受取人への通知に関する一切の義務を負わず、送金受取人が当該リファレンス番号の通知を受けないことにより利用者または送金受取人に生じた損害については、当社は一切責任を負わないものとします。

利用者が本利用規程に基づき送金を行った金員の受取りについては、当該送金先各国において提携先およびその取扱店が定める規定に従うものとします。

第25条(送金契約の解除)

1.当社は、第21条第4項で成立した送金契約について、送金受取人が当該送金契約の対象となった金員を受け取るまでは、次の各号のいずれかに該当する状況が発生した場合、直ちに送金契約を解除できるものとします。
① 送金が日本の外国為替関連法規に違反するときまたは日本政府により外国為替取引が停止されるとき。
② 戦争・内乱・天災地変・労働争議・暴動・テロ・ストライキなどが発生し、またはその恐れがあるとき。
③ 提携先に資産凍結、支払停止、破産手続開始事由、民事再生手続開始事由、会社更生手続開始事由若しくは特別清算開始事由またはこれらに相当する事由が発生したとき、これらのおそれがあるとき、または提携先の信用状態が著しく悪化したとき。
④ 送金が犯罪にかかわるものであることが判明した場合など相当の事由があるとき。
2. 同条1項により送金契約が解除された場合、当該送金申込に係る金員および送金手数料相当額(第27条第2項を参照)は利用者の口座に返還されますが、 上号の ① または ④ による当該契約の解除が行われた場合、後者の返還は行われないものとします。
3. 送金指示の完了後45日が経過しても当該送金受取人が当該金員を受領しなかった場合、送金契約は自動解除され、送金申込に係る金員は利用者の口座に返金されます。ただし、この際にも送金手数料相当額の返還は行われず、利用者はこれをあらかじめ承諾するものとします。
4. 利用者の口座に返金された金員については、送金準備金として扱い、その返金手続は第7条第2項および同第3項の定めに従うこととします。
5. 前2項に規定する送金契約の解除により、利用者に生じた損失・損害については、当社は一切責任を負わないものとします。

第26条(為替レート)

1. 利用者は、第21条に定める当社への送金申込を日本円にて行うものとします。送金先での受取通貨(以降、「受取通貨」とします。)につきましては、当社ウェブサイトの送金申込画面でのご指定となり、日本円を除いた当社所定通貨から選択していただきます。
2. 本送金では、日本円での送金受付から受取通貨での支払いに至るまでの為替変換を次のように行います。
(1) 当社による第一換算:送金額を、送金実行時点での当社為替レートにより米ドル換算
(2) 提携先による第二換算:(1)により米ドルに換算された送金額を提携先による為替レートにて受取通貨へと換算
3. 前項(1)に規定する当社為替レートで、日本円から米ドルへの変換は、当社送金実行時点でのみずほ銀行為替レート (TTS) に、送金先国と受取方法により、-1.0円~5.0円の間でそれぞれ異なる金額を上乗せしたレートにより算出します。ただし、銀行休業時の受付の場合は、直前最終営業日のみずほ銀行為替レート (TTS)に、送金先国と受取方法により、-1.0円~5.0 円の間でそれぞれ異なる金額を上乗せしたレートにより算出します。
米ドルから現地通貨への変換は、各国支払機関の提示レートをもとに、提携先で設定したクロスレートにより算出します。
利用者に適用される当社の指定する為替レートと当社が調達する為替レートとの差額は、送金手数料に加えて、当社の収益となります。送金実行時点での適用為替レートは、下記当社ホームページをご参照ください。

4. 当社が発行するブラステルカードの保持者のうち、当社所定の条件を満たす利用者については、第1換算に際して、優遇レートとして当社の指定する為替レートから0.1~0.2パーセント引いた為替レートを適用いたします。
5. 当社ウェブサイト上に表示される第1換算レートおよび第2換算レートは、いずれも参考レートであり、必ずしもそれによる換算が保証されるものでないことをあらかじめご了承ください。

1. 当社は送金の受付にあたり、次項に規定する送金手数料および第3項に規定する各種手数料をいただきます。なお、この他に、提携先または送金先国の諸事情により、別途手数料または諸費用(以降、「追加諸費用 」と言います。)が発生することがあります。この追加諸費用は送金受取額からの控除、あるいは利用者への後日請求というかたちでの徴収になりますが、あらかじめご理解頂けるようお願いします。
2. 利用者が、当社に支払う手数料は以下のとおりとします。

当社は、送金手数料および照会・返金手数料について、利用者に事前に通知することなく変更することがあります。この場合には、変更日および変更内容を当社ウェブサイト等上に掲示することにより告知します。

第28条(利用者による国際送金の取消し等)

1. 利用者は、当社所定の手続により、送金契約が成立するまでの間は送金申込みの取消しを、送金契約成立後提携先へ送金指示を出すまでの間は送金契約の解除を行うことができるものとします。
2. 前項により、利用者が送金申込を取消し、または送金契約を解除した場合、当社は、利用者の送金申込に係る金員を口座に返金いたします。この場合、利用者の口座に返金された金員については、送金準備金として扱い、その返金手続は第7条第2項および同第3項の定めに従うこととします。

第3章 資金決済法に基づく事項

第29条(誤認防止等)

会員は、以下の各号を十分に理解し、承諾したうえ、本サービスを利用するものとします。
(1)本サービスは、銀行等が行う為替取引ではないこと。
(2)本サービスは、当社が預金若しくは貯金または定期積金等(銀行法第2条第4項に規定する定期積金等をいう。)を受け入れるものではないこと。
(3) 本サービスは、預金保険法(昭和46年法律第34号、その後の改正を含みます。)第53条または農水産業協同組合貯金保険法(昭和48年法律第53号、その後の改正を含みます。)第55条に規定する保険金の支払の対象とはならないこと。
(4)本サービスにおける利用者保護のため、資金決済に関する法律(平成21年6月24日法律第58号、その後の改正を含みます。以下、「資金決済法」といいます。)第43条に定める履行保証金制度が設けられていること。

第30条(履行保証金)

1. 当社は、送金依頼人に対する送金準備金返還債務の支払いを担保するため、資金決済法第43条および第44条の規定に従い、みずほ銀行との間で履行保証金保全契約を締結し、口座に入金された送金準備金の合計額に、還付手続に関する費用として「資金移動業に関する内閣府令(平成22年内閣府令第4号)」第11条第5項に規定する掛け目を掛けて算出した金額を加えた額と同額以上の履行保証金を保全いたします。当社が債務を弁済できない場合、送金依頼人は、履行保証金について、当社に対する他の債務者に先立って、弁済を受ける権利(以下、「還付請求権」といいます。)を有します。
2. 還付請求権は、国際送金サービスにおいては送金受取人が現実に送金を受け取るまで、送金依頼人に帰属するものとします。当該送金受取人が現実に送金を受け取った後は、送金依頼人は、還付請求権を行使することはできません。
3. 資金決済法第59条第2項に規定する事由が生じた場合、送金依頼人は、同条に規定される還付手続により履行保証金の還付を受けることができます。
4. 前項の事由が生じた場合、国際送金サービスにおける送金受取人は、送金を受け取ることはできません。
5. 当社所定の算定期間及び供託期限は以下のとおりである。
 算定期間:毎週木曜日(基準日)の翌日から 1週間 
 供託期限:基準日より3営業日
